Our team installed new hardwood floors in the living room for this client, and repaired and refinished the parquet floors on the first and second floors. Repaired one stair riser and stair landing.
Finished with three coats of DuraSeal commercial grade premium satin oil base polyurethane.

New Install at RB Collection
New flooring installation. Second grade maple, 2 1/4 solid. Floors sanded, popped, and stained with English Chestnut; finished with oil base polyurethane.
Carpet Removal / Refinish
Our talented mechanics removed and disposed of the carpetting, pad tacks, and staples on the stairs. They sanded and refinished the foyer and hall, as well as the stair treads, rails, and posts with popped spice brown stain by DuraSeal. Three top coats of Bona were applied: one coat of Bona AmberSeal, and two coats of Bona Mega satin finish.
New Install / Repair
Installed new wood floors in the living room; repaired and refinished the parquet floors on the first and second floors. Repaired one stair riser and stair landing. Homeowner painted steps. Both the new floors and the existing wood floors were finished with three coats of DuraSeal commercial grade premium satin oil base polyurethane.
